Tracks
 

All of our tracks carry a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects or warping. We will repair or replace any parts found to be defective free of charge.*  We want you to be assured you have the most reliable, accurate and best performing track made.

If you are not satisfied with the construction or design of your track, we will refund your money, minus shipping charges. Just return the track and all parts to us in the original packing, and we will issue you a refund by the method that was used when ordering.

For product shipping damage replacement coverage**, we need to be notified of any product shipping damage within 30 days after the delivery of your order. The notification should include the damage incurred and replacement parts needed.

Timers

The Champ Timer has a 3 year warranty on the electronics and against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damages such as incidental or physical damage, damage due to misuse, modifications, or incompatible equipment/accessories being used.



 

*All product warranty replacement parts will ship by regular ground or US mail; we do not cover expedited shipping.  Any needed parts will be shipped to the initial delivery address.
 

Your BestTrack Pinewood Derby Track is covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and warping.  This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse whether accidental or intentional.  Discoloration or spotting due to liquids sitting on the track surface is not covered.

All product shipping damage replacement parts will ship by regular ground or US mail; we do not cover expedited shipping.  Any needed parts will be shipped to the initial delivery address.

For product shipping damage replacement coverage, we need to be notified of any product shipping damage upon the initial delivery of your order.  The notification should include the damage incurred and the replacement parts needed.  We reserve the right to request pictures of the damage.  If deemed by us to have incurred the damage during shipping, such replacement parts would need to be shipped by us to the order’s initial delivery location.  We reserve the right to request the return of any parts replaced. We reserve the right to limit and/or cancel product warranty for failure to return replaced/damaged parts as requested.

We will not cover any additional shipping charges to or from any other location.

 The product shipping damage replacement coverage is only valid for the order’s initial delivery location, and any damage will need to be inspected by the initial carrier prior to moving the shipment to any other location.  If shipping damage is found to exist after forwarded to other locations, such damage will not be covered by our shipping damage replacement coverage.
