If you are ready to place an order, you may order online, fax, email, or mail your order to us. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks drawn on your organization, just not personal checks. If paying by check, the mailing information is located in the upper left-hand corner of the order form. If you prefer, we can take your order by phone, just leave your name and phone number if you get our voice-mail.

All of the pricing and shipping on the online ordering is current.

If you are located outside of the state of Iowa, there is no sales tax on your purchase.
