Tracks
 

All of our tracks carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and warping. This warranty does not cover broken parts or damage due to use of the product, including misuse or abuse whether accidental or intentional.  The damage not covered by warranty includes, but is not limited to, discoloration or spotting due to liquids sitting on the track surface, or track blemishes. We will repair or replace any parts we determine to be defective free of charge.* This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components at our option. Warranty claims require proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. We want you to be assured you have the most reliable, accurate and best performing track made.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund your purchase, minus the shipping charge, restocking fee and/or processing fee. Return the product and all parts to us in the original packing, and we will issue you a refund by the method that was used when ordering. We will determine the refund based on the condition of the returned product during our inspection of the returned product. This refund applies only to the first initial assembly of the tracks/products. Used tracks/products are not refundable.
Returned tracks/products require a return notice/authorization from us prior to return shipping.
Product return policy is within 45 days after delivery of the order, and must include proof of purchase.

For product shipping damage replacement coverage**, we need to be notified of any product shipping damage within 30 days after the delivery of your order. The email notification should include the damage incurred, picture of the damage incurred, and type of parts damaged. sales@besttrack.com

Timers

The Champ Timer has a 3 year limited warranty on the electronics and against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damages such as incidental or physical damage, damage due to misuse, modifications, or incompatible equipment/accessories being used.

The notification should include the damage incurred and the replacement parts needed.  We reserve the right to request pictures of the damage.  If deemed by us to have incurred the damage during shipping, such replacement parts would need to be shipped by us to the order’s initial delivery location.  We reserve the right to request the return of any parts replaced. We reserve the right to limit and/or cancel product warranty for failure to return replaced/damaged parts as requested.

We will not cover any additional shipping charges to or from any other location.

The product shipping damage replacement coverage is only valid for the order’s initial delivery location, and any damage will need to be inspected by the initial carrier prior to moving the shipment to any other location. 
If shipping damage is found to exist after being moved to other locations, such damage will not be covered by our shipping damage replacement coverage. 

SRM Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to limit and/or cancel any stated product warranty without giving prior notice of any type or manner.

Cancellation and/or limitation of any stated product warranty is at the sole discretion of SRM Enterprises, Inc.

Cancellation and/or limitation of any stated product warranty may include, but is not limited to: failure to returned replaced product when requested, failure to provide product information/documentation for replaced product as requested, outstanding customer account balance, failure to pay all charges incurred by SRM Enterprises, Inc. when customer provides an incorrect shipping address, failure to comply with any stated product or warranty conditions. Product warranty excludes alterations to the product. 

We do not guarantee or warranty other manufacturer's products purchased for use with our products.

 

Orders or products that are changed and/or cancelled are subject to a processing fee.

Orders or products that are returned and/or exchanged are subject to a restocking fee and/or processing fee.

Orders that are not available for shipping, and that are placed online without our prior email approval, will have our payment processor’s refund fee deducted from the refunded amount when cancelled.

All returns subject to SRM Enterprises, Inc. prior approval.

Approved returns must be received within 45 days after delivery of your order.
