All orders are processed by PayPal to ensure the accuracy of processing and delivery of your order.

You can use a PayPal account or a Credit/Debit card to complete your purchase.

International shipping is not available.

Military Mail shipping is not available.

Shipping to Alaska is not always available. Please email for availability information and order approval prior to placing your order. sales@besttrack.com .

Orders that we have not pre-approved for shipping, and that are placed online without our prior email approval, will have our payment processor’s refund fee deducted from the refunded amount when cancelled.

Shipping will be higher for Alaska, Hawaii, locations outside of the 48 contiguous US states.

Duty, foreign taxes, brokerage fees, etc. are the responsibility of the receiver upon delivery.

Please tell us in the comments section during checkout the date of your race and if the track is for a certain organization like a Cub Scout^® Pack, Awana^®, Royal Rangers, or other group if applicable.

Please include your phone number in case we have a question about your order.

We ship via UPS, so we need a street address. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Please review all shipping information. A complete address is required, including number of apartment, suite, building, etc.  Incorrect shipping information may result in additional shipping and handling charges from the carrier which may be passed on to the customer.
 

Current lead time is approximately 4-5 weeks from receipt of your online order.

Orders or products that are changed and/or cancelled are subject to our payment processor’s refund fee being deducted from the amount refunded on the order.

Orders or products that are returned and/or exchanged are subject to a 3% restocking fee and/or processing fee.

Orders that require pre-approval for shipping, and that are placed online without our prior email approval, will have our payment processor’s refund fee deducted from the refunded amount when cancelled.

Due to current conditions, the approximate lead time may change after an order has been placed.

Product return policy is within 30 days after delivery of the order.

Convertible Split Start Gates - Optional

All tracks come standard with a manual release start gate.
Not needed unless planning to drag race.

Split Start Gate Kits include the start gate assembly, connecting link, opposite side start lever assembly, and mounting hardware.

When the Convertible Split Start Gate Kit is ordered with a track, it will replace the standard start gate.
You will not receive two start gates.

All tracks come with our standard start gate.

Lift/Level Kits - Not for use on 1 or 2 lane tracks!
